  1. Sift 2 g wakoucha into 50 ml hot water (80°C).
  2. Whisk for approximately 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into 180 ml warm or iced milk of choice.
  4. Add sweetener if desired.

For traditional preparation

  1. Sift 2 g wakoucha into 50 ml hot water (80°C).
  2. Add 60 ml hot water (80°C).
  3. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. Sip slowly.
