Refund policy

1. Overview

At RAĒVIE, we create objects and rituals designed for calm, clarity, and belonging.
Each item is handled with care, and we want your experience to feel the same.

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, this policy explains how refunds and returns are managed intentionally and transparently.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email orders@raevie.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with the next steps and return address.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.
This includes:

All food and beverage products (all Matcha's, Hojicha, Wakoucha)
Scrunchies
Yoga mats
Water bottles
Travel mugs
Sculpting weights

If any of these items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery we’ll resolve it with care.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as RAĒVIE cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email orders@raevie.com  within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief description (and photos if possible).
We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly.
