Shipping, returns & exchanges

When is my order shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer but always with care.

How long does delivery take?

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
International: 5–14 business days
Delivery times depend on the carrier.

Will I receive a tracking link?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email orders@raevie.com as soon as possible.
Once processed, addresses cannot be modified.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, eligible items can be returned within 14 days if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and product integrity, the following are non-returnable:

Matcha, Hojicha, Wakoucha (all food products)
Scrunchies
Yoga mats
Water bottles
Travel mugs
Sculpting weights

How do I start a return?

Email orders@raevie.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Our pieces are sourced from carefully selected partners and crafted with intention.
Each item is chosen for quality, function, and alignment with the RAĒVIE aesthetic.

Which payment methods do you accept?

iDeal, Credit Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you can check out as a guest.
Creating an account simply makes future orders more seamless.
