2. Applicability of These Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by RAĒVIE and to every distance agreement concluded between RAĒVIE and the consumer through www.raevie.com
1.2 By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by RAĒVIE.
1.4 RAĒVIE reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will apply to agreements concluded after the new version is published.

3. Products & Availability

All items are described and photographed with care.
Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
RAĒVIE products are produced in limited quantities; availability cannot be guaranteed once sold out.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Payments can be made through the available methods: iDeal, Credit Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, or others shown at checkout.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location.
Estimated timelines:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Please note: these are estimates provided by our carriers.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We hope your purchase brings calm and clarity but if not, you may return it.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact orders@raevie.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

All food and beverage products (Matcha, Hojicha, Wakoucha)
Scrunchies
Yoga mats
Water bottles
Travel mugs
Sculpting weights

If any of these items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you intentionally and promptly.

7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email orders@raevie.com within 5 days so we can assist you intentionally and promptly.

8. Liability

RAĒVIE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
Our products are designed for personal lifestyle use only.

9. Privacy

All personal information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the RAĒVIE Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
In case of dispute, Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
